Work with PDFs already in your library

A PDF workspace for page operations and shareable outputs

The PDF workspace starts with PDFs stored in your Media2URL library. Choose an operation, review the source pages or inputs, then save the completed output as a library asset or attach it to the source when that save mode is available.

The workflow

How a PDF edit becomes a link

The useful detail is what changes after the upload or selection. Follow the steps to see where the file, link and recipient fit together.

  1. 1

    Select a stored PDF

Choose one or more PDFs from the active workspace. The tool can inspect the source page count and asks for the current password when a protected document requires it.

  2. 2

    Choose the page operation

Merge files, split or extract pages, reorder or rotate pages, delete or duplicate selected pages, add page numbers or a watermark, or convert between the supported PDF and image operations.

  3. 3

    Review the result

Merge workflows can validate the selected order before processing. The completed result reports the output asset and, for compression, the actual byte change.

  4. 4

    Save the output

A processed result can be saved as a new asset, a version or a replacement where the operation supports that choice. Use the resulting asset page for its direct URL, preview page or download link.

Product detail

The operations are page-level and document-level

The workspace is built for practical document handling rather than a claim of every PDF feature. Its controls show what the current operation can change before you run it.

Combine and split

Select several source PDFs, set their order and optional page ranges, or split one PDF into pages, ranges or an extracted selection.

Organize pages

Drag pages into a new order and apply rotate, delete, duplicate or keep-selected actions to the chosen pages.

Add document elements

Add text or image watermarks and page numbers with position, range, size and colour controls exposed by the tool.

Convert and export

Turn selected PDF pages into PNG or JPEG image assets, create a PDF from stored images, or save a processed PDF to the library.

Practical use

When the PDF workspace is useful

Client document review

Merge a cover page and a proposal, correct the order, add page numbers and share the finished asset from the same workspace.

Extracting a short handout

Select a range from a longer PDF and save the extracted document as its own asset so the recipient gets a focused link.

Before you rely on it

Document-processing boundaries

  • The public page does not promise OCR, form filling or broad compatibility with every PDF feature.
  • The tool operates on PDFs and stored images available to the active workspace; it is not an external URL conversion service.
  • Password-protected documents may require the current password before inspection or processing.
  • The source is not automatically replaced. Check the selected save mode and the completed output before updating a published link.
