How Media2URL handles subscription cancellation, refund requests, billing errors, payment disputes, and Merchant of Record decisions.

This policy explains what happens when you cancel a paid Media2URL subscription, request a refund, report a billing mistake, or question a payment. Storage and bandwidth can begin being used as soon as a paid plan becomes active, so cancelling a subscription and reversing a completed payment are treated as different actions.

1. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription through the billing controls available in your Media2URL account or through the customer portal linked from those controls. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. A cancellation does not normally end paid access immediately; the paid plan normally remains available until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.

2. Refund Review

You may ask Media2URL to review a refund request within 14 calendar days of an initial subscription payment or renewal payment. A request within this period does not automatically guarantee a refund. Duplicate payments, billing mistakes, failed paid access, serious service problems, applicable law, and Merchant of Record requirements may affect the result. Resources already consumed may affect a discretionary refund where the law and the Merchant of Record allow that limitation.

3. Suspended Accounts and Payment Disputes

An account suspension does not automatically create a right to a refund, but suspension does not remove consumer rights that apply under law. You may contact Media2URL support or the seller shown on your payment receipt about an unrecognized or incorrect charge. Nothing in this policy requires you to give up rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment method, applicable consumer law, or Merchant of Record.

4. Merchant of Record Decisions

A Merchant of Record may approve, require, or issue a refund when needed to comply with applicable law, payment network rules, fraud controls, chargeback prevention requirements, or its own buyer terms.

5. Contact

For a refund request or billing question, contact support@media2url.com from the email address connected to the Media2URL account when possible. Do not send a complete card number, card security code, banking password, authentication code, or another payment credential.
