Upload several related images at once when adding them one by one would slow down the job. Bulk Image Upload keeps every file in the same queue while still showing its own progress and result.

Once an image finishes, you can open that result and copy the available direct URL, share page or other supported output for that file.

Add several images through the file picker, drag-and-drop or paste support, then start the batch upload. Each image keeps its own filename and progress, so you can see which files are still waiting, which have finished and which need attention.

When a file finishes, select it from the completed list to see its links and other available outputs. If another image fails, its error and retry option stay with that file, so one failed upload does not hide what happened to the rest of the batch.

The current output is per image

Bulk upload saves you from selecting and uploading each image separately, but the result panel still shows one completed file at a time. This makes it easier to check each image before its URL is added to a catalogue, document or message.

If you only have one image, Image to Link is the simpler workflow. Use Bulk Image Upload when several related files need to stay together in one queue.

Check the batch before you start

A bulk upload is faster, but one wrong file can still create extra cleanup later. Check the filenames and remove duplicate or outdated images before starting the upload, especially when several files look similar.

It also helps to keep related images together. If one batch contains files for different clients or projects, use folders or separate uploads so the results are easier to identify later.

For images that need cropping or other preparation first, use the Image Editor before adding them to the batch.

Clear filenames matter more in a large queue

A filename such as product-front.jpg is much easier to recognise later than something like IMG_4827.jpg. Clear names help when several completed images are listed together and you need to match the correct URL with the correct file.

Media2URL keeps the original filename visible in the queue, so naming the files before upload can make the final handoff much easier to check.

What changes when you upload a batch

The uploader shows the visibility and expiry options available for the batch, while some private or password-protected choices can depend on your plan.

Basic uploads can start without signing in. If you want to organise the images with folders, tags or other workspace settings, those options are available through the signed-in dashboard where supported.

The current bulk uploader works with per-image results rather than a combined CSV or copy-all export. Use the visible limits and controls in the uploader as the guide for the batch you are creating.

How do I select multiple images?

Choose files through the browser picker, or drag multiple image files into the dropzone. The uploader adds them to one queue and keeps each filename visible.

What progress information appears during a batch?

Each image has its own waiting, uploading, verifying, processing, completed or failed state. If one file fails, the uploader shows the error for that image and lets you retry it without restarting the rest of the batch.

Can I copy links for completed files?

Yes. Select a completed image to see its direct URL, share page and other supported outputs. The current bulk workflow shows results one image at a time rather than providing a combined CSV or copy-all export.

Can I upload multiple images and get a link for each one?

Yes. Add the images to the same bulk upload queue and start the upload. Each completed file gets its own result, including the available direct image URL and sharing options.

The current result panel is per image, so you can check the links one file at a time.

Should I use Bulk Image Upload or Image to Link?

Use Image to Link when you only need one image URL. Bulk Image Upload is better when several related images need to be uploaded together and you want to follow their progress in one queue.
