How to report a Media2URL hosted file that may infringe copyright and how copyright complaints are reviewed.
Media2URL respects copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users may upload or share a file only when they own the content or have the permission or legal basis required to host and distribute it.
Send a notice to support@media2url.com with the subject 'Copyright Notice'. Identify the copyrighted work, provide the exact Media2URL URL for the material being reported, explain why the use is believed to be unauthorized, and provide contact information for the person making the report. Confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that the reporter is the copyright owner or is authorized to act for the owner.
Media2URL may temporarily restrict access while a copyright complaint is reviewed. Where the available information supports removal or continued restriction, Media2URL may disable delivery routes, remove the asset, apply an account restriction, or take another action allowed by the Terms of Service. A complaint does not automatically prove infringement, and Media2URL may request clarification.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, Media2URL may notify an uploader and allow information showing ownership, permission, mistake, misidentification, or another lawful basis. Accounts that repeatedly upload material they do not have the right to host may be restricted or terminated.
