How to report malware or phishing

How to report exposed personal information

Do not submit false or misleading reports
Abuse reporting tools should not be used to remove lawful content, settle personal disputes or target another user. Reports that contain false information, impersonation or repeated misuse may be rejected. Serious abuse of the reporting process may also be restricted.
We can only review Media2URL-hosted URLs
Media2URL can only act on files and pages hosted through its own platform. If the content appears on another website or storage service, contact that provider directly. A link to a third-party website may be visible inside a Media2URL file. In that case, send the Media2URL URL and explain the connection.
Remove your own file from the dashboard
If you uploaded the file yourself and still have account access, remove or restrict it from the Media Library instead of submitting an abuse report. You can also update visibility, add expiry or revoke the available link where supported.
How reporter information is handled
Contact details are used to review the report, request clarification and communicate an outcome where appropriate. Information may be shared when required by law or when needed to process a formal copyright or legal notice. Do not include personal information that is not required for the report.
