Operational disclaimers regarding Media2URL availability, user-uploaded content, third-party services, data loss, and security boundaries.

Media2URL provides media hosting, processing, and link generation software. While we maintain technical and administrative safeguards, users must understand the operational boundaries of online media delivery.

This Disclaimer specifies the legal limits of our platform responsibilities.

1. 'As-Is' and 'As-Available' Service Provision

No Uptime Guarantees: The service, application dashboard, hosted links, embed codes, share pages, API tools, and processing engines are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

No SLA without Contract: Media2URL does not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, error-free link resolution, or specific page speed metrics unless covered by an explicit, separate Enterprise SLA contract.

2. User Content & External Links Disclaimer

No Endorsement of Uploads: Media2URL does not pre-screen, verify, audit, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, lawfulness, quality, or safety of files uploaded by users.

Third-Party Link Exposure: Visitors opening Media2URL share links or downloading hosted assets do so entirely at their own risk. Media2URL is not liable for malware, deceptive copy, or damage resulting from user-uploaded files.

3. Media Processing & Conversion Disclaimer

Best-Effort Processing: Image editing, PDF merging, video trimming, video-to-GIF conversion, and audio extraction tools operate via automated algorithms on a best-effort basis.

No Guarantee of Output Precision: We do not guarantee exact color reproduction, aspect ratio fidelity, metadata retention, or zero quality loss during media transcode or compression operations.

4. Data Archival & Loss Disclaimer

NOT A BACKUP VAULT: You explicitly acknowledge that Media2URL is not a primary data backup, disaster recovery, or permanent archive service. Files may be rendered inaccessible due to account expiry, link deletion, payment failure, security enforcement, or technical malfunction.

Mandatory Local Backup: You are solely responsible for maintaining local, redundant backups of all source files uploaded to Media2URL.
