Media2URL features by workflow
Uploading a file and getting its link is only the first part of Media2URL. Once the file is saved, you can organise it, process supported media, control how the link works and return to the asset later when something needs to change.
This page groups those features by the job they solve so you can go directly to the part of Media2URL you need.
Feature availability can depend on the current plan, workspace and file type. Each card shows the general availability, while your dashboard shows the controls available to your account.
You do not need these features to create a basic media link. If you only want to upload a file and copy its URL, you can go straight to the relevant uploader. The features below are for the work that often comes after that first link is created.

1. Workspace & Asset Organization
Keep files easy to find, separate project work and move existing media into the workspace where it belongs.
Media Library
Find uploaded files with search, folders and tags. Review file details, manage available versions and return to the direct URL or share page when you need the asset again.
Team Workspaces
Keep shared project files separate from personal uploads. Invite members and assign Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer roles so each person gets the level of workspace access their work actually needs.
Cloud & Media Migration
Move supported files from existing URLs or available cloud sources into Media2URL without downloading and uploading them one by one. Where the migration workflow provides URL mapping, you can also match the original source with its new Media2URL URL after the move.
2. Media Processing & Creative Tools
Make practical changes to supported images, video, audio, GIFs and PDFs without moving the file through several unrelated tools.
Image Editor
Make common image changes without taking the file out of your Media2URL workflow. Crop or resize the image, use available web and social presets, adjust its appearance or add text and annotations before saving the finished version. Batch processing is available when the same type of change needs to be applied across a larger image set.
Video Processing Suite
Trim unwanted parts from supported videos, prepare smaller or different outputs, create a GIF from a short scene or extract the audio when the picture is no longer needed.
Audio Studio
Trim recordings, prepare another supported audio format and use the available volume or output settings when a voice clip, podcast or other audio file needs work before sharing.
GIF Studio
Change GIF playback speed, reduce unnecessary frames, adjust available colour settings or create a video version when the animation is becoming too large or complex for GIF.
PDF Workspace
Work on a PDF without sending the document through several separate tools. You can merge or extract pages, change their order and use supported options for watermarks, numbering, compression, passwords or metadata. The processed document can then be saved back to your workspace when you want to share or manage it again.
Dynamic URL Transformations
Create supported image variations from the same stored source instead of uploading a separate file for every size or crop. URL parameters or reusable transformation presets can request the output needed for a particular website or media workflow.
3. Link Access, Security & Privacy
Choose how a hosted file can be reached, how long access should continue and what the recipient can do with the available share page or file link.
Security & Access Controls
Not every file needs the same type of access. Choose Public, Unlisted, Private or Password Protected sharing where available, then use the supported expiry, view, download or delivery controls that fit the file. Signed delivery and transformation restrictions provide further control where they are supported.
Private Links
Keep supported files available to authorised workspace members instead of relying only on possession of a public or unlisted URL.
Expiring Links
Give a supported file a defined sharing window so its link stops providing normal access after the selected expiry time.
