Billing and Subscriptions

Paid Media2URL plans provide higher account limits and additional product features for the billing period selected during checkout. This page explains how recurring billing works so the renewal date, cancellation process, and role of the payment provider are clear before a payment problem occurs.

Subscription Renewal

A monthly subscription renews each month until it is cancelled. An annual subscription renews each year until it is cancelled. The recurring amount and billing interval are shown before the purchase is confirmed.

Applicable tax or another transaction amount can depend on the customer's location and the seller processing the purchase. The complete payment total is shown during checkout before the customer confirms the transaction.

Merchant of Record

Media2URL may use a Merchant of Record to sell paid subscriptions. When this model is used, the Merchant of Record is the legal seller for the payment transaction and manages payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, payment disputes, and related billing obligations.

Media2URL remains responsible for the product itself, including account access, plan features, hosted files, file delivery, and product support. The seller for a particular purchase is identified at checkout and on the payment receipt.

Cancelling a Subscription

A recurring subscription can be cancelled through the billing controls in the Media2URL account or through the customer portal linked from those controls. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Paid access normally remains available until the end of the current paid period unless a refund, payment reversal, or earlier account restriction applies. If the account later exceeds the limits of the plan that remains available, some uploads or account actions may be restricted until usage is reduced or the plan is changed.

Refunds

A refund and a subscription cancellation are different actions. Cancelling stops a future renewal, while a refund concerns a payment that has already been completed.

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. A Merchant of Record may also issue or require a refund when applicable law, payment network rules, fraud controls, chargeback prevention requirements, or its buyer terms require that result.

Billing Support

For a Media2URL plan, account access, or product question, contact support@media2url.com. If the question concerns an invoice, tax calculation, payment method, refund processed by the seller, or another transaction matter, the payment receipt or customer portal may also provide direct support from the Merchant of Record.

Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or authentication codes to Media2URL support.
