A screenshot sent to support today probably does not need a link that still works next month. The same goes for a design image that only needs to stay open while somebody reviews it. Temporary Image Upload lets you choose 1 day, 1 week or 1 month before sharing the picture, so the link has a clear end point from the beginning.
This page is for images with a known sharing period rather than pictures that need to remain on a public website. When the selected time is over, normal access through the temporary image link ends.

Choose how long the image should stay available
This uploader is designed for images that only need to remain available for a limited period. The current choices are 1 day, 1 week or 1 month, with 1 day shown as the default, so the sharing window can match the amount of time the image is actually needed.
Once the upload finishes, you can copy the supported link output shown by the uploader and use it while the selected period remains active. The main difference on this page is the limited sharing window rather than a different type of image hosting result.
If the image is meant to remain available for a website, documentation or another continuing use, choose Image to Link instead of treating a temporary link as a normal long term image URL.
When the selected period ends, the temporary link stops providing its normal access. This does not promise that every underlying stored record or backup is deleted at the exact moment the link expires.

What the recipient sees
While the temporary link is active, the recipient can open the image through the sharing flow allowed by its settings. Once the expiry time is reached, that link stops providing normal access and shows the current expired or unavailable state.
Keep in mind that automated previews or other requests may still reach a shared URL while it is active. Expiry limits the access window, but it should not be treated as a guarantee that nobody else can request the link during that time.
Early removal and account control
Guest uploads can start without an account, with the public limits shown above. Save the delete link shown after upload if you may need to remove the image before its expiry time; sign in when you want the upload in your media library.
Files saved to an account can also be managed from the dashboard. Moving an image to Trash disables its public links through the normal account workflow.
Temporary image questions
Which expiry options does the temporary image uploader show?
The current temporary image uploader offers 1 Day, 1 Week and 1 Month expiry. One day is the default, and one month is the longest option shown on this page.
What happens after the temporary image link expires?
When the chosen period ends, the old image link no longer shows the picture through normal access. Someone opening it will see the current expired or unavailable state instead. The expiry applies to access through the link and is separate from the platform's storage and removal process.
Can I use access for one view or a view limit?
A numeric view limit is not part of the current temporary image upload form. A paid account may show an option that allows one view in the dashboard where that feature is enabled.
Can I restrict downloads or delete the image early?
Yes, where those controls are available. You can start with a public guest upload, while dashboard settings can include download or preview options for signed-in uploads. Keep any delete link shown after upload for early removal.

How do I create an expiring image link?
Upload the supported image through Temporary Image Upload and choose the expiry period shown in the uploader. Once the upload finishes, copy the available direct image URL or share page.
The link remains usable until its expiry condition is reached.
What are the guest limits for temporary image uploads?
Public guests can upload images up to 2 MB per file, with a maximum of 10 uploads per day across Media2URL website upload tools. Sign in for more uploads, or upgrade for larger files and higher limits.
