Some images only need to stay available for a short time. A support screenshot, client review image or temporary visual may not need the same long-term link as an image used on a public website.
Temporary Image Upload lets you choose from the expiry options shown by the uploader, then copy the available image link once the upload is complete.

This uploader is built around short-term image sharing. The current choices are 1 day, 1 week or 1 month, with 1 day shown as the default.
Longer and lifetime options are not part of this temporary-image flow. If you need a regular image URL instead, use Image to Link and choose from the options available there.
Once the upload finishes, you still get the normal supported outputs such as the direct image URL, share page and other available link formats.
The expiry controls how long the temporary link remains available. It does not mean every underlying file record or backup is deleted at the exact moment the link expires.
Visibility
Choose from the visibility options available for your account. Private or password-protected image links can depend on the selected plan.
One-time view
One-time viewing is separate from the normal expiry setting. A paid account may show a burn-after-reading option in the dashboard where that feature is available.
Download behaviour
Additional download and preview controls can appear in the dashboard where your account supports them.

Support screenshots
Share an error image while a support case is active, then let the link expire when the screenshot is no longer needed.
Client reviews
Send a design draft or visual for a short approval window instead of using a normal long-term image link.
Temporary form submissions
Use an expiring image URL when a form or workflow only needs access for a limited period.
Short-term team sharing
Send a visual to a teammate when the image is useful now but should not remain openly available later.
What the recipient sees
While the temporary link is active, the recipient can open the image through the sharing flow allowed by its settings. Once the expiry time is reached, that link stops providing normal access and shows the current expired or unavailable state.
Keep in mind that automated previews or other requests may still reach a shared URL while it is active. Expiry limits the access window, but it should not be treated as a guarantee that nobody else can request the link during that time.
Early removal and account control
Anonymous uploads can include a delete link, so save it separately if you may need to remove the image before its expiry time.
Files saved to an account can also be managed from the dashboard. Moving an image to Trash disables its public links through the normal account workflow.
Expiry is useful when the image has a clear end date
Temporary sharing works best when you already know the image will stop being useful. A screenshot for a support case may only matter until the issue is solved, while a design review image may only need to stay open until the client approves it.
If the image is meant to live inside a website, documentation page or other long-term location, a regular Image to Link workflow is usually a better fit.

Which expiry options does the temporary image uploader show?
The current temporary-image uploader offers 1 Day, 1 Week and 1 Month expiry. One day is the default, and one month is the longest option shown on this page.
What happens after the temporary image link expires?
The temporary link stops providing normal access to the image and shows the current expired or unavailable state.
Expiry applies to the link. It does not mean the original stored file is guaranteed to be permanently deleted at that exact moment.
Can I use one-time access or a view limit?
A numeric view limit is not part of the current temporary-image upload form. A paid account may show a one-time-view option in the dashboard where that feature is enabled.
Can I restrict downloads or delete the image early?
Yes, where your account provides those controls. Dashboard settings can include download or preview options, while anonymous uploads can include a delete link for early removal.
Signed-in users can also manage saved images from the dashboard.
How do I create an expiring image link?
Upload the supported image through Temporary Image Upload and choose the expiry period shown in the uploader. Once the upload finishes, copy the available direct image URL or share page.
The link remains usable until its expiry condition is reached.
