Video Links for Creators
Share creator previews and delivery files through direct URLs or browser-facing pages instead of repeatedly sending large attachments.
Move a review file without filling the conversation
Creative work often produces a draft cut, a revised preview and a final delivery file. Sending each version as an attachment makes the review history difficult to follow, and the recipient’s email or chat application may impose its own size or compression rules.
Upload the supported video through Video to Link and choose the output that matches the recipient. A share page is useful for a browser-facing review, while a direct file URL is better when another compatible destination needs the hosted media response.
Keep drafts separate from the delivery file
A draft link should not quietly become the only record of an approved campaign file. Use clear filenames, folders or the workspace controls available to the account so the person opening the link can identify which version they are reviewing.
When the file needs a short review window, selected plans and asset workflows may expose password, private or expiry controls. These settings limit the link according to the option chosen; they do not replace the creator’s own rights, review or retention process.
- Use a share page when the reviewer needs a browser preview.
- Use a direct URL when the destination expects the video file.
- Check the format and size before sending the link to a client.
- Remove or update outdated access when the review is finished.
Make the handoff clear for the recipient
A useful handoff identifies the file, the intended version and whether the recipient should preview or download it. Media2URL supplies the available link and access controls, while the creator still explains the surrounding project decision and where the file may be used.
Browser preview depends on the video format, browser and current output. Media2URL does not provide advanced timeline editing, automatic publishing to social platforms or compression for every video, so use the visible processing controls and test the final link before sending it broadly.
